Marion creates jewelry pieces, carved from history. The excellence of her training at the Ecole Boulle led her to the Parisian workshops of Edgard Hamon and Chanel. She learned about experimental archeology and how early humans carved rocks. She paid close attention to ancient techniques and applied them to contemporary creations. She was already shaping things at the European Research and Training Center for Glass Arts, at Baccarat, and learned about its riches, and demands for beauty. Today, in her own workshop, her pieces are unique and precious because of what they say. Inspired by the reliefs naturally shaped after the ice ages, this jewel was sculpted by hand in Marion Fillancq’s workshop. The bronze is worked in lost wax, an art foundry technique, before being gilded with fine 24K gold. A jewel that is both natural and strong to add a unique and elegant touch to your daily outfits.
