From the beginning, we opted for the centuries-old technique of pearl crocheting: each 2mm Bohemian glass pearl is first individually threaded onto fine yarn. In the second step, each pearl is individually linked. This creates a regular and extremely stable, durable pearl fabric that is characterized by its feel and its bright colors. No waste is generated during production, each individual pearl can be reused and lasts for thousands of years. A necklace from the Trinity line (on the right in the picture) contains 2800 pearls.
After the pearl works made by the artisans in Togo arrive in Vienna, the final production – the attachment of clasps and ear hooks – takes place in the studio in Vienna’s third district.
