This piece of jewelry is made using lost wax casting techniques. A true handmade sculpture, its very particular crumpled material makes it an emblematic piece of Marion Fillancq’s work. This jewel includes a mirror element cut by hand using prehistoric cutting techniques. Due to the manufacturing process used, each model remains unique. Earrings sculpted in bronze gilded with 24K fine gold, and hand-cut mirror. 925 silver stem. Entirely handmade.

Marion creates jewelry pieces, carved from history. The excellence of her training at the Ecole Boulle led her to the Parisian workshops of Edgard Hamon and Chanel.

She learned about experimental archeology and how early humans carved rocks. She paid close attention to ancient techniques and applied them to contemporary creations.

She was already shaping things at the European Research and Training Center for Glass Arts, at Baccarat, and learned about its riches, and demands for beauty.

Today, in her own workshop, her pieces are unique and precious because of what they say.
